Here on the mountain, vacation guests are welcome to spend their days being lazy on the front porch, hiking the trails and back woods, fishing in our pond, bird watching, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, swimming in our year around fully enclosed pool, warming up by the fire pit, snuggled into one of our deep seated couches to read, or soaking in the hot tub.
It may be hard for you to take yourself away from our views and amenities; however there are a multitude of activities in the area for all four seasons that we can suggest to you.

The Western Lakes Region of Maine has a plethora of Restaurants, taverns, and night life. From pizza and burgers to Steak and Maine Lobster, you can find anything that suits your palate. Numerous restaurants have local entertainment and a wide range of micro-brews. Most of the restaurants in the area pride themselves in using locally grown and fresh produce. Lobster rolls and lobster entree’s are a staple of most menus and are reasonably priced.
